Langkawi 2013

This is a #throwback post since the trip was 3 months back. It was my very first honeymoon trip with my bf as well as my half first trip to Langkawi. so yay wtf is this half first trip mean? I mean I went to Langkawi before when I was like 5-6 yr old but I can't remember anything. Seriously. Yet a photo I have in the underwater world with my cousins proven that I was there before. Anyway, thank you bf who suggests for a trip before we are apart from each other.

He were responsible to book the flight ticket while I search for hotel.

Boyfriend rented a car for our 3 days 2 nights trip in Langkawi. It wasn't expensive like around RM80 per day if not mistaken. Initially, I told him I want to get a motorbike cause it is damn romantic I can hug him from back and enjoy the wind like in those Taiwanese drama. Luckily he rejected my idea else I will be roasted chicken.

So yay the first destination was the landmark of Langkawi. Just like the Big Ben in London, Eiffel Towel in Paris, so here the Chicken Eagle Statue for Langkawi.

Jeng Jeng Jeng Jeng! Here's our accommodation that I chose *wink*. Bf gave me a budget for the hotel ended up I double up the budget and got this. wtf - Tubotel at Kuala Cenang. The hotel itself wasn't on beach, we got to drive 5 mins down to the beach.  It was a semen tube with only a double bed, no extra place to even keep ur luggage. wtf. even it was new but it wasn't really clean and it was shared bathroom. You can actually get the cheap price from Groupon as they promote it quite often, but due to the cleverness, I paid more than the price. Anyway, it might worth for the experience.

The sea view from our bed. It was really beautiful but I couldn't fall asleep at night cause I was afraid of the Tsunami or the wave will hit our tube. wtf. It was a raining night.

Second day - we had our breakfast in hotel. It wasn't buffet but a set of breakfast with few options. No photo for breakie :(

We then had Wakaba Sushi for lunch. bbq. it was super expensive made me bo mood to take photo at that. Went to the beach after that. No beach wear as it wasn't our plan to go beach on that time, just to kill time before up to cable car.

 Oh bye bye Langkawi. We didn't really visit those attractions due to the limited time we had. Anyhow, I  enjoyed the trip especially the time we lingered together and much appreciated with what I had. :)

2013 in a Nutshell

It's hard to believe that another year has come and gone. It's mid of Jan'14 now and I am typing and trying to recall my 2013.
In short, I would say my 2013 was fabulous, filled with loads of loves, surrounded with awesome peeps, had wonderful trips and achieved one of my life's dreams. However, there was still some little things that hit me down, yet I could just ignore it.
All right let's begin in Jan'13

The first crazy thing in 2013. Me and my ex-housemate went for a drink at precinct 10. Yes, just both of us. We sat at one of the pubs there I forgot what's the name and what? there were difference groups of people came and flirted with us and even treated us drink. But of coz we rejected, just an experienced to flirt by strangers. Btw, she is indeed a good housemate, clean, tidy and good in cooking. I miss her sometime.  

It was February, the long awaited month each year. Yay, I was very excited to celebrate CNY. It's a good time to gather with all the good friends, family and of coz put on the new clothes. I also got my very first DIP dye hair which I think it was the best hair style through my life of 24 years. wtf. p/s: the chiobo in green wasn't me but my bestie Zhi Li. damn nice right.

Ahhh! FOODS FOODS FOODS for renuion dinner in CNY eve! Fml, I go insane seeing these foods, purposely smaller my photo else I will eat my laptop now! wtf I am craving for home foods! ahhh. How would my CNY be in Chester here? Hmmm

  Here it come to the most incredible month. I met someone that I honestly had no idea he would be so important in my life.  We went station one for a drink and a movie with a bunch of common friends in one random night in March. To be frank, I didn't notice him much and we had no interaction at all as both of us didn't want to get involve with anyone. Yet we magically felt the sparks after the second outing and the sparks continue and burning fierce.wtf I have to use fierce to describe because it's really fierce. LOL. I took the initiative to add him in FB and also our instant messaging in company and there the story start.

And our very first date was at Penang's most romantic restaurant! Heaven gate

My first vacation in April with my beloved auntie and cousins also my virgin trip to Australia. We covered Melbourne and part of Tasmania in 10 days roadtrip. Too bad I am unable to join them to continue discovering Australia in this year :( I will blog about the trip after this.

Hello May! This might be the memorable month for malaysian and friends around me whom had their first vote. But for me, it marked as important cause I started my second relationship (serious one) (not included puppy love. wtf) in my life! *so in love* You might get shock and would ask what? just get to know in 3 months time and u start? Yes, this question keep appearing in my mind but what? I don;t care, my subconscious tells me he is the right one and what? I can;t control myself to say no! 

   

Yohoo. It's June and someone birthday too! I gave a big 'surprise" to him and it did surprised me as well. fml. The ice cream cake that I ordered melted before present to him. Overall, he was still a happy little man. *wink wink*

Time flies *cry cry* and passed half of the year. It came to July and I received the very first RED BOOM (wedding invitation) from my Uni-mate. I used to call him as brother and glad that he can still remember our promise to have each other to attend our own wedding.

Hello August! Damn it August I submitted my resignation letter and confirmed to further my studies in UK. Damn it I shouldn't submit it so early since my course will only start on Jan damn it I missed my year end bonus and I lost big! Despite this, my August was great tho, I had my family trip to Vietnam with all the relatives. Full members in family. And it was sponsored by my auntie! Arigato!

I then continued overwhelmed with the fun and joy at the same month. I went Vietnam again for the second time and I wish I am not going back in a short time. Nevertheless, it was still a great and crazy trip with mates!

I am blessed to have so many farewell dinners and gatherings in September. It was my last month working in Intel, termination effective on 1st of October 2013.  I am a lucky girl and I always believe that.

Wtf, I tot I have to keep it short since my title is 2013 in nutshell but I have been typing and blogging for almost an hour. BBQ each month is full of activities and I guess I still gonna type for the next 3 months. Penat aku! fuhh. Well, in October, I experienced my first concert! Yes, I have never been to any concert for the past 24 years and when I did, it wasn't my idol nor my fav singer but the one i hated most! LOL. went there because my bf likes and also treated by him. Woots. 

What's more in October? We had our very first honeymoon trip to Langkawi *sweet sweet* I will post about it later on too! Keep it short but another one photo here for October. 

And yay! Finally it's my month - November! Having said that, it was my second month at home after i quit my job. wth, i was struggling to survive without income! I have to cut down all the outing and expenses. Totally broke after paid for part of my tuition fees/air tic/bills/winter clothes. wtf. Anyhow, I still got my very supportive bf besides me! And again my favorite pink roses during my birthday. I would like to thanks my bestie who is so lovely to give me a free ride down to KL for my visa application. It was my present gift afterall. Ahh, I am so lucky to have this friend isn't. 

Got to meet my jimuis at the same month too! They meant a lot to me and we could be forever sisters!

Finally, it's the month that I have been waiting for years! It's December and my dream finally came true! Damn excited on the other hand a little bit sad as I will be apart with my love *wipe tear* 

After the dramatic farewell, hand waving, tears and hugging in airport, I boarded into a 13 hours flight and finally I am reached here at London! Spent the last week of 2013 in UK and yes, i will definitely blog about it later! wtf so many to blog. Sounds like I am so free hor. LOL 

Good bye 2013. You were treating me so good let's see if 2014 can beat you!
